PS_TRUSTED_PROXIES value in .env reset after upgrade

Describe the bug and add attachments

If you use the PS_TRUSTED_PROXIES value in your PrestaShop setup for Cloudflare the value will be reset after an upgrade.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup an PS9.1 version with cloudflare
2. Set the value in your webshop with cloudflare on PS_TRUSTED_PROXIES=127.0.0.1,REMOTE_ADDR,CF-Connecting-IP
3. Upgrade Youre store to PS 9.1.4
4. The value PS_TRUSTED_PROXIES wilt set to PS_TRUSTED_PROXIES=
5. The webshop will crash

Expected behavior

Keep the .env config the same after an upgrade of give a warning about this.
