Package request: scala, clojure and kotlin

Both dev-lang/scala::gentoo and dev-lang/clojure::gentoo can't be built as they need java-config and some other stuff.
It would be nice to see those packages in your overlay and, to complete the list of the modern JVM languages, I'd like to have Kotlin too.

Kotiln is next on my list as I am stuck on a few things without it. I cannot bump Spring to 5.x without kotlin. Same with okhttp 2.x is all kotlin, no java... Scala and Clojure will likely be further off as I haven't any pressing need to package. Though likely will someday.

Most that stuff I have to bootstrap which I hate, and makes packaging more difficult. I have been reverting to using some binary in sources provided for the initial from source, like for javacc. Other stuff I have to build up to current like antlr, stringtemplate, and some other packages. The latest gradle 2.5.x has circular deps on a package it uses for CLI colorized output, etc. I may have to keep 2.4 to build 2.5 or bootstrap gradle as well...

Worse case I think you can copy dev-lang/scala::gentoo and dev-lang/clojure::gentoo ebuilds from tree into a local overlay. Then change eclasses used, and that should eliminate the need for java-config. May need some other tweaking in the ebuilds.

Thanks for the feedback! That does help with furthering things in this overlay. The more it is just for myself, the less chance of packing other stuff. The more people use the overlay, the more motivation for packaging things not packaged, and/or fix issues with stuff that is packaged. I wish it was all happening in tree. But I fought the return to Gentoo battle for over a decade, resulting in a 1yr ban that may expire in December... Oh well, I just moved on. Glad you found the overlay useful!
