Describe the bug
The number of possible votes are not displayed and counted correctly on copi.owasp.org. When starting the game. As can be seen in the screenshot below, the number of possible votes under each card shows 3 while the number of players that have joined are 4.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://copi.owasp.org/games/new.'
2. Create a new game.
3. Click on 'Join this game as a player' 4 times while having "ctrl" button pressed.
4. Open each tab, fill out player name, and click 'join game' for each of the 4 tabs.
5. Open one of the tabs and drag a card to the playing board.

Expected behavior

After the thumb it should say "0 / 4" not "0 / 3".

means 4 player joined but it is showing total 3. it should show 0 / 4 not 0 / 3.
