I think it would be a great help, especially for those who are getting started with the ZX Spectrum or simply for those who do not like to play with the keyboard in certain games, that each button on the Gamepad was associated with a key, depending on the game you are playing. I think it could be preconfigured with txt files, named the same as the corresponding game. For example:
order of the gamepad inputs: Dup,Ddown,Dleft,Dright,Button0,Button1,Button2
Renegade 128.tap > port1:Q,A,K,L,Space
R-Type (1988)(Electric Dreams Software).tap > port2:A,Z,0,P,K,Space,SHIFTLOCK
Or something like that.
