Keep previous input as default when executing recipe again

As I'm expanding my collection and running some tests against my software, some of the recipes I run have multiple templated inputs. I find it tedious to have to re-enter the input with minor tweaks to run the same recipe multiple times in a row. What do you think about storing the previous input as the default for the next run of a recipe?

I'd love to do this and there's another issue that's been open for it for a while, the trouble is it's difficult to implement. I put some thoughts in a comment on that thread on how to do it. Right now though I have no plans to actually work on it because I haven't thought of a solution I like yet.
