Instructions to autogenerate rust and WASM docs:

• Ensure Rust and Cargo are installed
• Navigate to jans/jans-cedarling
• For rust: cargo doc --package cedarling. HTML files available in target/doc/cedarling. index.html is the entrypoint
• For WASM: cargo doc --package cedarling_wasm. HTML files available in target/doc/cedarling_wasm
