Hi @mriansyah
Please enrich the issue with at least:

• GeoNode version
• Installation type (vanilla, geonode-project)
• Installation method (manual, docker)
• log files (can be found in the container /var/log/geonode.log & /var/log/celery.log)
• check if all the services are running (postgres, django, celery, nginx)

without the above information is impossible to understand the issue
