The HTDemucs model weights (checkpoint 955717e8-8726e21a.th and the ONNX
files derived from it: htdemucs.onnx, htdemucs_split.onnx) are NOT authored
by the contributors of this repository.

They originate from the official facebookresearch/demucs release and are
governed by the original MIT License of that project:
