Bot added to new channel doesn't work as expected

It won't immediately start syncing messages.

This is because we haven't fetched "ALL" channels but only "BOT" channels in the system. So until we re-fetch the new channel won't be present.

Maybe we should fetch and store all channels and then filter based on channels where bot is located.

I think if we use the rtmbot and fetch channels before the import process, this becomes a non-issue
