Slice Position Incorrect on Sagittal ACR

Describe the bug
On large ACR slice position is giving correct results. I have data that is rotated 90 degrees to ensure it is in the correct orientation. However, slice position gave a results of -3.41 for slice 11 and 8.98 for slice 1. The slice 11 value is incorrect and too large.

I encountered a similar issue where the slice 1 line profiles were almost identical and the windowed image showed no difference in length for either ramp, however during processing Hazen shifted the line profiles and reported a length difference of 3.6mm. This was accompanied by a separate issue where slice 11 could not be processed, this is reported in a comment on issue #446. The report and data for slice 1 are attached.

Also had issues with slice 11 on the slice position test on a sagittal image. Using the oil ACR phantom for 3T.
The appearance doesn't look the same though, see screenshot below.

Hi, sorry encountered a different issue at Stockport QA whereby slice 11 of slice position failed to calculate for all of the Body coil measurements. I tried re-acquiring some of the data to check it wasn't data related issue. Attached is the screenshot from the axial body coil data.
