🐛 Documentation on how to run the 'lite' version

Describe the bug
Hey folks, I saw the release notes- how one should run C-PAC now, without recon-all? For the normal image, is freesurfer enabled by default in the pipeline? 🏄‍♂️

Just saw it is disabled, maybe should be a doc improvement still 🌻
