This folder contains the client-facing commercial packaging documents for the FinOps Assessment Platform.

Documents

  • client_deliverable_guide.md

    • Explains how to interpret the generated assessment report, findings, savings, severity, and remediation planning guidance.

  • stakeholder_review_checklist.md

    • Provides role-based review checkpoints for engineering, platform, and finance stakeholders.

  • service_tiers.md

    • Defines Starter, Standard, and Advanced packages and how they differ by scope, execution model, analysis depth, explanation depth, and expected outcome.

  • upwork_project.md

    • Marketplace-ready package copy aligned to Starter, Standard, and Advanced for Upwork Project Catalog usage.

  • deliverable_definition.md

    • Defines the core assessment deliverable and maps concrete deliverables by tier.

  • engagement_model.md

    • Defines engagement boundaries: what is included, what is excluded, communication expectations, iteration limits, and no-remediation-execution rules.

  • client_workflow.md

    • Defines the end-to-end client workflow and shows how workflow shape differs for Starter, Standard, and Advanced.

Positioning Note

These documents package one consistent platform into tiered service delivery options. They do not represent different product code paths or premium-only engine behavior.

Usage Clarification

  • service_tiers.md is the canonical internal tier logic and source of truth for scope boundaries.
  • upwork_project.md is the marketplace version of the same tiers, adapted for listing format and buyer-facing copy.
