Document the architecture of the AI Scaffolding Bootstrap project — what files exist, how they are structured, and what each component does.
Architecture is organized by: system overview, directory structure, component descriptions, and integration points.
Use code blocks for path examples.
Keep descriptions concise and reference skill files for procedural details.
Do NOT record decisions here — use docs/DECISIONS.md for that.
This is a documentation-only project. The primary artifact is prompts/bootstrap-prompt.md — a single prompt file that configures an AI agent to scaffold complete project structures.
There is no build system, no source code, and no dev environment. The prompts in prompts/ are standalone templates — the user decides whether and how to use them.

retro-prompt.md
Template for retrospective analysis: critiques the bootstrap prompt after use.
rubric-prompt.md
Assessment rubric: evaluates generated scaffoldings against criteria.
