[Bug]: Broken Remapping DPI Button to Middle Click #145

Description

@averypelle

Pre-flight checklist

  • I searched existing issues and this is not a duplicate.
  • I am on the latest release or a recent master build.
  • I quit Logi Options+ before running OpenLogi (the two apps fight over HID++ access and only one can own a receiver at a time).

Which part of OpenLogi?

GUI (desktop app)

OpenLogi version

0.5.1

Operating system

macOS

OS version & architecture

macOS Tahoe 26.5

Device model

MX Master 3S + Logi Bolt Receiver

How is the device connected?

Logi Bolt receiver

Affected area(s)

  • Device discovery / detection
  • Button remapping
  • DPI control
  • SmartShift
  • Per-application profiles
  • Battery status
  • Settings / configuration (TOML)
  • Auto-update
  • Menu bar / tray
  • Other

What happened?

When I map Middle Click button to some action A, and then map the DPI toggle button to the middle click action, the other button instead of doing the middle click action gets mapped to action A instead.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect and pair MX Master 3S to Mac
  2. Remap Middle Click to something (ex. App Expose)
  3. Remap DPI Toggle to something else (ex. Middle Click)

Then, pressing the DPI Toggle will open App Expose. Note that if you switch the DPI toggle to an unmapped action it will work for that action.
