Use VSC 'Problems' output

Could you send tidy errors&warning to Visual Studio Code 'Problems" tab?
Status bar messages & notifications not good for that.

It should be possible. But I did not find the right api on first read through: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/references/vscode-api#languages. Can you provide a pull request?
