Unable to download videos or images

Since like last week downloading stuff stopped working, these are the errors I'm getting:

However, for me it works OK even in the latest Firefox. The latest and old Chromuim browsers work fine too.

Even with enabled Enhanced Tracking Protection Strict in about:preferences#privacy of Firefox it still works for me (with the enabled Strict Tracking Protection Fix in the script settings popup).

Maybe some adblock rule blocks fetch requests from x.com page?

I use and recommend to use uBlock Origin.

UPD: Nevermind. It should not affect on accessing JS objects properties, I think so.

You can try disabling the download progress by prepending // in the script line 2477:

It could be my adblocker because I remember subscribing to a lot of new lists. I will try checking with it off.

Btw wouldn't it be too much of a hassle to edit the script? I would need to rebuild the whole thing and then send it to Firefox for them to verify it for some reason

Just open the text editor in the userscript manager extension and edit the installed script by adding // at the mentioned line, then click "Save" (to disable the download progress displaying, which uses .body property from "the network response"). That's all.

Firefox does not verify userscripts, it only verifies the extensions.

twitter-click-and-save.user.js does not require building, or something else.
