Suggestion: Proper file order

Files won't be in alphabetical/numerical order as they appeared in the post. The culprit is the filename, a random assortment of numbers and letters. A minor issue for most, but if a comic or general art is supposed to be read in a sequence, then it's an issue. Solvable by renaming the pictures, I delete the 'filename' and add a number, so the end result looks like this

[twitter] SpaceX—2020.05.04—1257328055816601600—1
[twitter] SpaceX—2020.05.04—1257328055816601600—2
etc

A tedious task to do manually. Is it possible to do this automatically when multiple pics are downloaded?

Yes, it makes sense.

I wanted to rewrite the script entirely in the summer, in particular, to add this functionality. But the news about Collective Shout, age verifications, and Digital ID completely destroyed all my motivation.

Personally, I use mtime file sorting when I browse local files.
